Secure Online Payments By PayPal

All online payments on this site are made through PayPal and absolutely no credit/debit card details etc are stored on our database so be assured that all transactions are safe and you will not be asked for any information except for delivery details until you have been redirected to PayPal's very secure site.

We also accept Postal Orders and although the item/items are automatically removed from the store and reserved please note that goods will not be dispatched until we receive payment.

BASSics do operate a Cash On Delivery service please see delivery details below for charges for this.

Delivery Details

We try and despatch all orders within 48hrs (excluding weekends) and at present we only deliver within Mainland UK and Ireland exept by prior arrangement.

All orders are dispatched in very strong cardboard mailing envelopes, padded envelopes (CD) or boxes and strengtheners are used wherever needed.

All postal deliveries are made by Royal Mail/Parcel Force and all postage costs are calculated by weight (including packaging) .  There are 3 options on how you would like your items delivered, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery & Standard 1st Class.

Standard 1st Class

This is the very basic service and will not be insured therefore is not recommended for orders over £20.00.

Approx delivery time = 1-4 working days.

Recorded Delivery

Advised for orders up to up to £27.00 as a signature is required upon receipt of the order and goods are insured up to the value of £27.00.

Approx delivery time = 1-4 working days.

Special Delivery

It is advised to use this method for any order that exceeds £27.00, although it is the most expensive method it is strongly advised as items will be insured up to a value of £250.00 and a signature is required on receipt of the order.

Approx delivery time = 1 working day after processed.

Local Delivery

We do operate a local delivery service but please note that you must be part of our local customer group to benefit from this service, your delivery address must be within approx 10 miles of UK postcode NG21 please email admin to apply for inclusion in this member group also note that there is a 5 item minimum order for this service but the £5.00 charge covers any size order & there are no other charges.

Cash on delivery is also an option with this service.
