If a record or records that you receive from BASSics is the wrong item(s) we will refund the value of the item(s) which includes any postage costs incurred at the time of your order (for the returned item(s) only) and also any return postage incurred for the item(s). If you wish you are welcome to a credit voucher equal to the full value of the item plus the aforementioned postage costs which must be used in BASSics store and is valid for 12 months from issue date.

Although every precaution is taken for faulty, scratched or sub-standard items not to be included in our catalogue should this happen our return and refund policy is the same as the above policy for wrong items.

Please Note: Every item in the BASSics catalogue has an audio sample associated with it, usually it is limited to one mix but we will list any other mixes on the record/cd and other mixes can sometimes be made available to sample.  We aim to please so if you are unsure please contact us as refunds are not given for wrong mixes etc.

UK customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to return any items (outside UK 21 days).

If any items sent by recorded or special delivery are damaged during transit they are automatically insured up to the value stated on our delivery page but items sent by standard delivery will not be insured and will be the responsibility of the carrier so BASSics can not guarantee any compensation.
